While our distribution service does allow users to submit releases with metadata featuring a range of international character sets, unfortunately music publishing collection societies only accept metadata that uses the ASII Character Set.

Application of this universal data format policy was determined by the publishing governing body CISAC. Any releases featuring non-ASII characters will be ineligible for publishing as the collection societies will automatically reject their registration.

If you want to register works to our publishing service, you will need to convert your release metadata into the ASII Character Set first.
