Our publishing service only allows you to submit claims for releases distributed by Ditto Music. On this basis, the publishing agreement you enter into with Ditto Music Publishing is formed on a non-exclusive basis - you are free to assign works not distributed by Ditto to other publishers.

If you want to transfer works from your current publisher to Ditto Music Publishing, you will need to make sure that your current publisher has first relinquished their claims with the relevant societies. The term specified in the contract you have entered into with your current publisher will determine the date of termination they will apply.

Failure to terminate claims to works already assigned to other publishers will void any claims submitted by Ditto Music Publishing.
