Choosing your track snippet for TikTok
You can choose exactly which part of your tracks will be made available to TikTok users at the Track List stage of the Ditto Release Builder.
1. Upload the audio files for the tracks on your release.
2. Click the 'Edit' button next to each track.
3. Drag & drop the slider to select your desired track preview.
TikTok will take up to 60 seconds of audio from the starting point of your selection and make it available to users in the platform's music library 📚
Add existing releases to TikTok
If you'd like to add an existing release to TikTok, just log into your account and head to 'My Releases' in the 'Music' section of your dashboard.
Then choose the 'Add stores' option from the drop-down menu next to your existing release and select TikTok from the menu on the following page.
How does TikTok pay out royalties?
TikTok royalties are NOT paid per stream or video play.
Royalty payments are based on the number of videos created using your song, not number of times the videos containing your song are viewed.
