If you want to release a cover, remix or song with samples, you'll probably need to purchase a license to avoid any possible legal action from the original copyright holders.
Once you've been granted the necessary license, you can upload your documentation at the Upload stage (Stage 1) of the Release Builder alongside your tracks.
