You can remove your music from stores at any time, but how you do this depends on whether you want to remove the release from all stores, or just specific ones.
Remove from all stores (full takedown)
A full takedown removes your release from every store it was delivered to. You can request this directly from your Ditto account:
Log into your Ditto account and go to Music → Your Releases. Select the release, scroll down and click Request a Takedown.
It usually takes between 2 - 4 weeks for takedowns to be removed from all stores. If you need a release removed urgently, please contact us.
Remove from a specific store only
Removing a release from a single store (for example, removing from Audiomack while keeping it live elsewhere) cannot be done directly via the dashboard. This requires manual processing by the Ditto content team.
