If your music ends up on the wrong artist profile, don’t worry, there is an easy way to get this resolved. Let’s get into it!👇
If the release is already live, you do not need to contact Ditto support to get it updated. Simply follow these steps below:
- Find your Artist ID for the relevant store. Need a hand? Here’s how to find your Spotify ID, Apple Music ID, Amazon ID, Deezer ID, Soundcloud ID and Audiomack ID. 
- Go to your Ditto Dashboard, log in and locate the Artist tab from the top menu. 
- Once you are here, click the ‘Edit your Artist Profile’ button. 
- Scroll down until you locate the relevant store ID. For example if the store is Spotify, it will look like this ‘Spotify ID’. 
- Drop the correct Artist ID you collected earlier here. 
After completing these steps, your release will be updated and processed automatically to the correct profile, and you’re all set! This can typically take several days to process, but it can sometimes be longer.
