Artificial streaming can result in the permanent suspension of your account and removal of your music from stores.
If your account has been suspended for artificial streaming activity, that decision is final. All of the relevant information will be on our email correspondence and you cannot appeal the decision.
We will usually warn you about artificial streaming activity on your music by email before suspending your account, so you can take steps to stop it occurring. You can find more guidance on reducing artificial streams here.
