AI music licensing program

Our optional AI music licensing program allows you to make your music available for AI training in exchange for licensing revenue from our AI partners, including Meta, ElevenLabs and Udio.

The program is open exclusively to artists and rights holders who own and control 100% of the rights to their recordings.

How do I opt in?

Participation is entirely optional and requires your explicit consent. You can opt in your full back catalog and future releases from your Account Settings, or opt in individual releases as you upload them on the Release Builder.

If you'd prefer not to participate, you don't need to do anything. Your music will never be shared with AI platforms without your permission.

Opting in makes your music available for our licensed AI partners to train their models, but it does not guarantee that any specific release will be selected for training. Inclusion is at the discretion of our partners and depends on their requirements at any given time.

Can I opt out later?

You can opt out of the program at any time. However, please be aware that releases already opted in cannot be removed previous training retroactively. If a partner has already trained on your music before you opt out, those models may continue to operate.

How do I get paid?

Licensing revenue generated from this program will be added to your Ditto account as a royalty payment, alongside your regular streaming and sales income.
