Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility: Participation in the affiliate program ("Program") is open to individuals or entities ("Affiliates") who agree to these terms and conditions ("Terms").
2. Enrollment: Affiliates must apply and be approved by Ditto Music to participate in the Program. Ditto Music reserves the right to accept or reject any application for any reason, without the need to provide justification or explanation.
3. Commissions: Affiliates will earn commissions on qualifying purchases made by customers referred through their unique affiliate link. Commissions are subject to change at the discretion of Ditto Music.
4. Payment: Commissions will be paid out monthly, provided the minimum payout threshold of $100 is met. Payments will be made via PayPal unless another payment method has been agreed-upon.
5. Promotional Methods: Affiliates are encouraged to promote Ditto Music’s products or services through various marketing channels, including but not limited to social media, blogs, and email marketing.
6. Prohibited Activities: Affiliates are prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities:
a. Spamming or any form of unsolicited communication.
b. Misrepresenting Ditto Music’s products or services.
c. Violating any intellectual property rights.
d. Using deceptive or unethical marketing practices.
e. Bidding on Ditto Music’s branded keywords or engaging in any activity that directly competes with Ditto Music’s own marketing efforts. This includes terms such as 'Ditto', 'Ditto Music', and other close variations.
7. Content Guidelines: Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding content creation and distribution. Any content created or shared by Affiliates must be accurate, truthful, and respectful.
8. Termination: Ditto Music reserves the right to terminate an Affiliate's participation in the Program at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason deemed appropriate by the Company.
9. Modification: Ditto Music reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Affiliates are responsible for regularly reviewing these Terms for updates.
10. Google Ads Compliance & Reporting Requirements: Affiliates using Google Ads must submit full evidence of their keyword strategy for the previous month by the 1st of each month (e.g. April’s data submitted by 1st May). This evidence must be sent via email to jordan.hetherington@dittomusic.com. Submissions must include:
Images of the Google Ads Search Terms report
The full date range for the reporting period
A complete list of search terms used
Clear, unedited evidence (no cropped or incomplete screenshots)
If screenshots cannot capture the full setup, a screen recording is acceptable as long as it clearly shows all required information
Failure to provide this evidence by the 1st of each month will result in account suspension and withholding of payouts for the previous month. Affiliates may contact Ditto Music for guidance on submission requirements if needed.
