There are two different phone numbers associated with your Ditto account — one used to verify your royalty payout (bank transfer), and one linked to your subscription payments to Ditto. Follow the relevant section below depending on which you need to update.
Royalty payouts (bank transfer)
The phone number used for bank transfer verification can only be updated by our support team. Please get in touch and we'll update it manually for you.
Subscription payments to Ditto (Stripe)
Go to express.stripe.com and enter the email address you used to set up payments.
When asked for a 6-digit verification code, select "I no longer have access to this phone number".
Follow the steps to confirm your request and add a new phone number.
