Once you've selected the name of the main plan artists on a release, you can add a featured artists too.

Click + Add another release artist and choose Featured from the dropdown menu on the right. Then hit Select on the left and either choose an existing artist on your account or choose to Create New Artist and add a new one.

Then just enter the name of your featured artist.
