By cancelling your Ditto Music account & subscription you'll risk the removal of your releases from all the stores you're releasing on with Ditto. You'll also no longer be able to access your Ditto Dashboard with insights about your royalties and analytics. 


If you would still like to exit your contract with Ditto Music or would like to discuss the reasons why you're cancelling your account, please send an email to support@dittomusic.com with your release details, and the stores that you would like your releases removed from. 


Once your cancellation request has been received, we will then take down your releases from the stores you have specified and pay out any outstanding royalties that are owed to you. 


Note: If you do stop paying your subscription and your releases become at risk of takedown, we recommend you make a note of all your metadata information for your releases. This will include ISRC codes, artist names, track titles, original audio files, original artwork & all other metadata pertaining to your release. This will ensure all of this important information does not get lost while your releases are at risk of removal. It’s really important all of this information is exactly the same as the information on your release, so double-check everything and keep it somewhere safe.


Please remember, royalties from some stores may still be reported for up to a year after you have requested a takedown of your releases, so it's worth leaving your account with us open until all of your royalties have been reported. You will not be charged for this and are free to leave at any time.
