Once you’ve completed payment, you’ll receive an email with a link to customize your award.

You’ll need to grab the order ID code from this email to complete your order.

After you’ve submitted your order ID, artist name, release title, awardee details and artwork, you’ll get a confirmation email with a preview of your award.

Delivery usually takes around 3-7 working days after your order has been confirmed, but please allow extra time around holidays.

We’ll send you another email once your award has been shipped.
