How do I sell merch on-demand with Chartbreaker?

If you've purchased a recent Chartbreaker package, you'll also have unlocked access to our on-demand merchandise platform beta.

Our on-demand merch service lets you design and ship a customized t-shirt to your fans without paying for overheads like printing, shipping or inventory.

In this beta, Merch Link orders are limited to ONE BRANDED T-SHIRT DESIGN PER USER and we are not offering revenue to artists for any merch sales.

So how does it work?

1. Follow the link in your Chartbreaker confirmation email to our merch design form.

2. Complete the form to design your custom t-shirt. You can either upload your logo or artwork and design your t-shirts directly on the form - or download our template and re-upload your own design.

3. We'll create your Merch Link and add it to up to 3 of your Ditto SmartLinks. You can choose these on the form. We'll email the address you provided when it's all ready - please allow up to a week for it to arrive.

4. Share your SmartLinks with fans and kit them out in custom-branded t-shirts!

Merch sale prices will be listed in GBP and purchases made outside of the UK will be charged at the local currency's current exchange rate.

We’ll be sending out a survey to get feedback on your experience with our merch service so we can work to improve it. So keep an eye on your inbox!

Please note: We may remove this design service from our Chartbreaker package without notice during this beta test period.
