A paid subscription is not required to manage releases and view music analytics in our app, but is required to withdraw royalties and release new music.
You can cancel your Ditto subscription at any time from the Account Overview section of your Ditto dashboard.
How to cancel a subscription purchased in our Android App:
On your Android device, go to subscriptions in Google Play.
Select your Ditto subscription.
Tap Cancel subscription and follow the instructions.
Please note: Your subscription won't cancel automatically by uninstalling the app. Make sure to follow the instructions above.
How to cancel a subscription purchased in our iOS App:
On your iOS device, go to Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions.
Select your Ditto subscription, then tap Cancel Subscription or Cancel All Services.
