How to use the Ditto Ad Launcher

The Ditto Ad Launcher is an easy way to launch a social advertising campaign directly from your Ditto dashboard.

Just head to the dropdown menu on your Promotion tab, and hit Ad Launcher.

Whether you want to promote your music on Spotify, Apple Music or Deezer, a YouTube video, your TikTok or Instagram profile, or even a custom webpage - you can fire up the Ditto Ad Launcher and get your ad campaign live with a few clicks.

How to use the Ditto Ad Launcher

1. Set an objective

Select the type of content you want to promote. Choose from the options to start building your ad campaign - video, music, social media profile or a custom page.


Next select a campaign objective. The options here will vary depending on the type of content you're promoting.

2. Submit your ad content

Now it's time to create your social ad. You can connect your Facebook/YouTube account to promote an existing post or profile, or upload your ad creative directly into the Ad Launcher.

You can also search for and add the track or video you'd like to promote at this stage, as well as upload or select a cover for your ad's landing page.

3. Target your audience

It's important your ad reaches the right people, so here you can customize your targeting.

Use either simplified or custom targeting options to filter your audience by location, age, interests and more. Think about who's most likely to engage with your ad.

4. Set your budget

The final step is to set your budget. You can fund your ad with a minimum of $100 per campaign. Check out the Estimated Results to see how your budget will affect factors like reach, clicks and more.

When you're happy with the budget, click 'Finish' and complete the checkout to launch your campaign. Your ad will go live within 48 hours.

5. Track your ad's performance

You'll receive a confirmation email from Base for Music with a link to your ad's performance report. Here you'll find all the info on your ad's reach and audience.

This report will update throughout your campaign, and it might take a few days for the data to come through. If your report is blank, just check back later.
